I am taking you on a Road Trip to the Southern Oregon Coast.
When: August 9-16, 2025
Cost: $1299.
Deposit required to reserve your spot: $500 applied to the total cost of your trip.
Final payment is due July 20, 2025.
It’s quite a drive from Salt Lake City, so we will be lodging overnight in Bend, Oregon in both directions. Double Occupancy Rooms (Private Room Upgrade Available)
I will provide transportation in a Luxury Ford Expedition. I have 6 spots available, and you will need to sign a waiver for CR West, whom I have contracted with to provide the transportation.
If you would like to drive your own car, or if you choose to fly, and meet us in Coos Bay, there is a pricing option available for that as well. **If you fly, you will need to rent your own car for the duration of the trip. You can fly into North Bend, Oregon (recommended) or Eugene, Oregon (2.5 hours away by car)
We will be lodging at an Air BNB House in Coos Bay, Oregon. They are Queen Bed shared rooms and a really nice sofa bed. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I can accommodate a total of 8 additional guests. *If you would like to pay for a single room that you don’t share, then it will be an additional $500 and available only on a first come first serve basis.
This trip does not include meals. There are 2 full kitchens in the house. We will go to the grocery store and restaurants are available also.
Your itinerary includes:

⭐️ A visit to Hall Lake
⭐️ A visit to Bandon by the Sea & the Coquille River Lighthouse
⭐️ A visit to Cranberry Sweets (Local Confectionery)
⭐️ Excursion to Gold Beach for Jerry’s Rogue River Jet Boats (Dinner Included)
⭐️ Transportation to Coos Bay from Salt Lake City in a Luxury Ford Expedition and transportation to activities on the itinerary. **You must be on time, if you are late, I will not allow you to hold up the group. If you are late, you will find your own transportation. Please be prompt and respectful of other people’s time.
📍I reserve the right to make adjustments to this itinerary on an as needed basis and occasionally during travel, things do not go as planned (weather in this area especially) and require an adjustment.
📍In the event I have more people that want to come on this trip than I have secured accommodations for, I will make additional lodging arrangements for those people, but they will obviously not be able to stay in the same place as the rest of the group.
